First Day Of Kem Motivasi 2008

"Good afternoon, as you may know, this is my 3rd and my best camp I have attended out of my years."

- Beginning of speech by Jason Wee.

As I feel heavy to tell, this is the last time I'm attending Kem Motivasi SKTM. This camp was held in Warisan Sembilang Training Centre, Pantai Remis, Selangor, which is the same place as Kem Motivasi 2006. It was indeed a better camp experience as it was a different organizer. The following are the orders of activities that was held at this wonderful camp :-

Arrival of SKTM

The journey took approx. 1 hour 30 minutes. I was seated together with Shun Yeen and he was playing Transformers on my phone. As we touched ground, it was a warm sensation coming back to me.

Tea Break

Once arrived, we went into the Dining Hall for some filling of some food and drinks. Sat as according to gender.

Arrangement of Apartments and Rooms

As one by one we were called to our rooms, I was placed in Apartment Kurau (name of fish) room no.2. I was the leader while my roomies were Shun Yeen, Shaun Chew and Xheng Kheat.

Team Formation

We were arranged in lines according to gender and rank. From the front, there was a count from 1 till 6. This was the formation of groups. After that, we were grouped according to our numbers. I was a 6, and was grouped with, guys - Eugene Mah, Samuel Tee, Aaron Cheh, Nicholas Lew and Afif, girls - Sera Soh, Bernadette, Farah, Christina, Qistina, Michele Chee, Lavinya and Harveena. I was the group leader.. We were the green team and was having trouble coming up with our group name and stuff. These are the details :-

Dinner

Without completing our banner, we went for dinner. Rice and some dishes was served. We seat together with our groups.

Group Gathering

After dinner, we completed our banner and head our way to the Dewan. We had to use the back entrance for SOME reason. My group was the first to go as we were straight in line, so we manage to get good seats following by Red, Purple, Yellow, Blue and Orange. We had to perform our cheer, song and stuff like that. My group was the worst.

Before that, was into of all the facilitators. Abang Fhaizal, Abang Zack, Abang Dafi, Abang Lan, Kak Pija, Kak Ain and another kakak cannot remember..

We were given 2 pieces of paper each group by Abang Zack. We were given 3 mins to list down as many flowers, and then another 3 minutes for as many countries. Impact was regular.

Night Line

We went down, and was one of the most exciting activity. We blindfold ourself with our headband. I was the first of the WHOLE line. dangit. Scary, scary. We had to hold on to a rope and follow. As was first, I kept banging into trees. And makes it worse, Cikgu Mohd Nor following me doing ghost sounds. Hehe. When we were going back, we had to jump over a longkang, which we never saw at all through out the camp, which I also thought was fake. Then along the way we have to walk like duck cause of low trees. Returned, very fun!

Sleep

After given the command by Abang Faizal, we went to sleep. No comments concerning room.
